4. Estimates and Pricing
Free Estimates: Lumii Bathrooms offers complimentary in-home estimates at no cost or obligation to the homeowner. Estimates are provided based on a visual assessment and the information available at the time of the consultation.
Pricing: All pricing is subject to the specific scope, materials, design selections, and conditions of the project. Prices discussed during an initial consultation are approximate and may be adjusted based on final material selections, unforeseen structural or plumbing conditions, or changes to the project scope requested by the Client.
Written Proposals: Before any work begins, a written proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, estimated timeline, and total project cost will be provided. Work will not commence until the proposal is signed and accepted by the Client. Any changes to the original scope of work after the proposal has been signed may result in a change order with adjusted pricing, which must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
5. Scheduling and Access
Upon acceptance of a signed proposal, Lumii Bathrooms will schedule the project based on current availability and material lead times. While we make every reasonable effort to adhere to projected timelines, delays may occur due to material availability, weather, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions.
The Client agrees to provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the work area during scheduled work hours. Failure to provide adequate access may result in delays and additional charges. The Client is responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables in or near the work area prior to the start of the project.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the signed project proposal. Unless otherwise stated:
- A deposit is required upon signing the proposal to secure scheduling and begin material procurement.
- Progress payments may be required at designated milestones during the project.
- Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project.
Accepted payment methods include check, credit card, bank transfer, and approved financing options. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the signed agreement. Lumii Bathrooms reserves the right to suspend work on any project with an outstanding balance past the agreed-upon payment schedule.
7. Financing
Lumii Bathrooms offers financing options through third-party financing providers to help make your remodeling project more affordable. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms, conditions, and interest rates set by the third-party financing provider.
Lumii Bathrooms is not a lender and does not determine financing eligibility, rates, or repayment terms. All financing agreements are between the Client and the third-party provider. Please contact us for current financing options and to learn more about available programs.
8. Warranty and Workmanship
Lumii Bathrooms stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all labor performed, the specific terms and duration of which are detailed in your signed project proposal.
Manufacturer warranties on materials, fixtures, and products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturers' terms and conditions. Lumii Bathrooms will assist Clients in navigating manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.
The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to properly maintain the remodeled space in accordance with provided care instructions.
9. Permits and Licensing
Lumii Enterprises LLC is a licensed and insured home improvement contractor operating in the State of New Jersey. We maintain all required licenses, insurance, and bonding as mandated by New Jersey state and local regulations.
Where required by local building codes, Lumii Bathrooms will obtain the necessary permits for the project. Permit fees, if applicable, will be included in the project proposal or disclosed as a separate line item. The Client agrees to cooperate with any required inspections by local building officials.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, Lumii Enterprises LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this Site, the services provided, or any contract or agreement between the Company and the Client.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the applicable project proposal. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for damages caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud on the part of the Company.
11. Intellectual Property

Photographs of completed projects displayed on the Site or social media may depict actual Client properties.
